My name is Haider Alrubaei, Founder and CEO of City Prime. I established City Prime with one clear vision: to create a hospitality brand where guests, wherever they travel, feel genuinely comfortable, valued, and at home.

From the very beginning, my focus has always been on you “the guest”. I personally oversee the standards of our apartments, the quality of service, and the overall experience we deliver. Every detail, from location selection and interior design to operational efficiency and guest support, is carefully structured to ensure your stay is seamless, private, and stress-free.

My academic background includes a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Business Information Systems, complemented by executive education in project finance and construction management. This foundation allows me to build disciplined, technology-driven systems behind the scenes, ensuring reliability, transparency, and operational excellence. However, beyond systems and strategy, what truly defines City Prime is the human side of hospitality attention, trust, and consistency.
