House Rules (Terms and Conditions):
City Prime Apartments operates the following house rules:-
- Strict No-Party policy and no loudly music at any time and there is a fine of £300 if guests are found to have violated this rule.
- No visitor at any time. Only the guests who registers in the check in time is allowed inside the premises, if we notice another guest who not registers with us in the check in time will result a fine of £300.
- Not allowed more than the occupancy of the guests shown in your booking.
- We follow the regulation of UK government regarding COVID-19, only allowed guests from two house hold to stay in the same apartment.
- It’s against the law to smoke in these premises. Smoking and any handling of fire or naked flames is strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in a £300 fine.
- Keep the apartment clean and tidy.
- Late check out than 11 am will charge full day.
- Any damaged or missing for the apartment furniture, will charge the price of the damaged\missed item.
- All our reservation under Non-Refundable Policy.
